You probably aren't completely anonymous. This subreddit offers no protection from the. PSA to freshmen: the expos book the course is requiring (5th edition New Humanities Reader) is different from the version the upperclassmen are selling (4th edition)! I have compared the two books and I estimated about 25%-40% of the essays in the 5th edition are missing from the 4th edition.

Your professor may not allow you to use the 4th edition, and if he does, you may need to borrow someone else's book anyway.There are lot of upperclassmen on the Rutgers Class of 2018 Facebook page trying to sell the 4th edition to unsuspecting freshmen by telling them there is little difference. Heed my warning!Edit: 'The fifth edition includes nearly 50 percent new selections'.
